Cheek. There is an online discount promotion and it doesn't work !!! The website is overloaded so that you cannot order. Then you call and you are told to try again in half an hour. The discount cannot be used on the phone, only online. Then you do that and it still doesn't work. Then we called again, but she said that they don't have any pizzas, only salads and pasta.

Good service delicious food. But it can take a little longer before the food is served. But the atmosphere is okay to pass the time. Will be happy to visit you again after the lockdown!

Ordered there for lunch on Saturday. The pizza arrived at the store on time to the minute. It was delicious. Ordered again for collection today. Hope this will be just as delicious and works just as smoothly as the delivery :-)

We ordered a delivery at 3 p.m. for 8 p.m. This arrived at 8:30 p.m. With a lead time of 5 hours, I expect that it will arrive on time (+/- 5 minutes). The driver was also not a friend of friendliness. The two stars justify themselves because the taste of the food was okay. What a shame!

Pizza was tasty if very big. The starter was also delicious. Food arrived quickly and it was hot. Service was ok.

Yesterday I went to L'Osteria Bochum for the first time with a friend. I wanted to eat brushetta but unfortunately it was not possible without onions. I've never had problems with it anywhere else because it's freshly prepared. As a main course I ordered a pasta dish and asked if it was possible to bake it with cheese .... Answer: You wouldn't bake it .... strange ... what about lasagne and pizza. Service not so friendly either. This was our first and last visit.

Thank you Maik and Patrick for this great service, it was a couple of weeks ago but you've been awesome. We felt really comfortable with your service. And of course the food was delicious too ?

So far we have been there regularly and with pleasure. We were also looking forward to yesterday's visit. Unfortunately, we were served by two waiters who only wore their mask on their mouth and chin. When I brought this to your attention, it was referred to as the great heat. It's a shame, I felt uncomfortable and won't be back for the time being.

It was all very good. The staff was very nice and deep relaxation. I also took part in one or the other little joke. We will be happy to come back. Axis, the food was delicious and the drinks nice and cool.

We were passing through and were hungry, we stopped here on recommendation. The interior is entirely to my taste. Open kitchen, friendly staff and even in the Wiche well attended. Got a seat quickly and the food was very quick at the table. The pizzas are made by hand and taste great. The noodles taste great too. The homemade lemonades are rather average. All in all, I would eat here again.

My first visit and also my last. After 20 minutes I politely asked if we could get our drinks before dinner. An unfriendly nod and after two minutes our glasses were put down without comment. A couple with a dog sat next to us. He got water from the waiter and was stroked extensively with his latex gloves. We sat with a view of the interior. He handled the cutlery with these gloves and continued to serve with them. The waiter unfortunately did not know politeness. On our "Could we please .... thank you", nothing came up. He slammed everything onto the table without a word. Pity! A bad conclusion to a visit to the Ruhrpark.

Despite the fact that we did not reserve, we got a table relatively quickly. The service was good. Price performance also because the portions are enormous and still super tasty. It is only through the high rooms that it is quite loud

Restaurant chain. Modern restaurant. Comfortable seating. Pizza huge and delicious. Staff friendly. No long waits for food. Clean.

A great hype to the atmosphere and no waiting for food, precisely what we necessary for our dinner night out. Food was very well presented and I must say i enjoyed the ambience. Our waiter was brilliant and made our meal even more fun with his big smile and friendly attitude. An excellent blended menu, something for everyone to enjoy. Went on a causal dinner, really pleased with price, good value for money.

Delicious food. We had pizza and pasta. The pizza has a very large diameter ... For dessert, the chocolate pizza. Everything very recommendable. HOWEVER: you have to be careful not to appear at peak times because you have to a) wait a long time and b) it is a very noisy atmosphere.

In spite of its luster and grandeur, service and food quality have yet to catch up. If you expect a more American style service, you may want to think twice. Otherwise it is certainly worth an experience, simply for the sake of the ambiance.

Full house on Wednesday at 18:00 and Daniel led us confidently to the square (without wasps) The dog gets a water bowl and we delicious food. The concept of L'Osteria is, as always, perfectly organized and executed. Not just a pizza, but Robin R. has shown us the day ticket and various other options. Service and mood were perfect.

We shared a pizza and had some pasta. Pasta sauce was bland so was the pizza.

A very very good restaurant with friendly staff, fast and attentive service, varied and delicious food for a reasonable price. The pizzas are big and tower far beyond the horizon, you can almost say, this is event gastronomy. No matter what you order, everything is served to the point and tastes great. I can absolutely recommend this event gastronomy !!!

Nice staff . Reasonably priced food

Italian resturant, if you are not German and so not understand German language, the menu is available in English too. Check with the waiter, most of them speak English and can help you get what you like on the table. If and to get the experience of how a pizza is prepared, get into the resturant and you see the open kitchen and you will find it amazing.
